Return Policy

Linly Designs offers curated designer furnishings, décor, and custom pieces. Please review the following policies before placing an order.

All Purchases  

All in-stock, custom, made-to-order, and special-order items are final sale. Once payment is submitted it is non-refundable. Orders may not be cancelled or modified once the payment has been submitted.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items

For health and hygiene reasons, bedding, decorative pillows, pillow inserts, comforters, throws, and similar textile products are always final sale and may not be returned once removed from the showroom.

Variations

Due to natural materials and handcrafted production, variations in wood grain, dye lots, finish, color, texture, and dimensions are not considered defects.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all interactions, transactions, purchases, services, and use of the website and showroom operated by Bebanet Inc., doing business as Linly Designs (“Linly Designs,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing our website, visiting our showroom, placing an order, signing an invoice, submitting payment, attending a consultation or event, or accepting delivery of goods, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to website use, online purchases, in-store purchases, phone or email orders, custom transactions, deposits, consultations, event attendance, delivery, and installation services. Payment, signature, written approval, or acceptance of delivery constitutes agreement to these Terms.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to written confirmation and acceptance by Linly Designs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Pricing & Product Information

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, dimensions, finishes, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders. Colors and finishes may vary due to lighting, photography, monitor calibration, and natural material variation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linly Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from purchases, delivery delays, showroom visits, or website use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, acts of God, weather events, labor shortages, transportation delays, or government restrictions.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Linly Designs directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, Linly Designs reserves the right to submit documentation (including invoices, written approvals, delivery confirmations, and communications) to your financial institution and pursue recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, trademarks, designs, images, and text are the property of Bebanet Inc. dba Linly Designs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Photography & Events

Photography or video may be taken during showroom events. By attending, you consent to the use of such images for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

9. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from purchases, services, consultations, showroom visits, website use, or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in DuPage County, Illinois. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Legal Notice & Exclusive Jurisdiction

All transactions and interactions with Linly Designs are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to binding arbitration, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

By using our website, visiting our showroom, placing an order, or purchasing products, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DuPage County, Illinois.

11. Modifications

Linly Designs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued interaction with our business constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
